Gray, Loose And Floating Stools. Had Impetigo. Related?

Hi, I recently have noticed a change in my stool , it is gray, loose looking and sometimes floats. I wouldn t be worried, but several days ago I was in the doctor with a 103 degree fever and several weeks ago I had a very severe case of impetigo which I know can cause kidney or liver problems. Is there any chance these things are related?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here your symptom of loose stool might not be due to the impetigo but this could be because of the protozoa infection and for that you need to take the antiprotozoal medicine, hope this information helps you, or else have a word with your doctor.
I find this answer helpful
