Got Injury In Calf Muscle. Getting Tingling Sensation And Bruise Appeared. Any Relief?

This is going to sound strange but I had a pool table fall on the back of my calf early Saturday morning I have a spreading bruise very swollen tingling and numbness also very painful throbbing when moving toes I have tingle my leg feels very heavy and I had blood clot from injury in my other leg one year ago... What could this be?
