Good evening i'm 42 yr old female! i have a question... ok it stared around after four this evening. i got a dull pain in my left leg around the hamstring, to my calf then my feet started tingling and a few minutes my feet were ice cold. I got upand started walking seemed to help but when i got to the gym my left leg started to twitch.. And hurt could this be something serious because i also feel like my leg is releasing heat..
