Good day some years ago i realise that one of my testicles has raptured i went to doctor i did not get any medication and i namaged to have a baby thereafter in 2011 i was diagnised as hiv possitive am currenlty on art with an undetechable viral load now recently there was a swell a rapured testicle then all of a sudden i had something like pin inside the scrotum then a discharge came out and the swell vanished now it looks like the raptured testicle is developing please assist
