Going To Gym Regularly To Reduce Weight. No Weight Lifting. Any Side Effects On Stopping?

Hi Sir, Hello Madam I am 28 I am going to gym and Doing Cycling ,Thread mill and pedaling for about 1 hour 10 min daily to reduce my weight .I am not doing any weight lifting . I am planning to stop my gym after few months ,but my question is if I stop is there any side effects? Can I stop by gradually reducing time limit?

There will be no side effect dont worry. Weight lifting is basically for muscle gaining or building. you are doing the best options to reduce wieght. yeah u can stop by gradually time limit but remember to take healthy diet
