vertigo can occur due to many reasons but nystagmus(eye movement during vertigo) occurs if there is a problem in the ear or the
central nervous system (brain). since your
mri is normal your vertigo is most probably ear related.
many diseases of the ear can produce vertigo. some being
bppv(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), meniere's disease,
labyrinthitis. bppv is the most common cause of ear related vertigo.
you will require tests like positional test, pure tone
audiometry and electro nystagmography to determine the exact cause of ear related vertigo.
DO NOT be anxious with all the big words , ear related vertigo is EASILY CONTROLLABLE with a variety of medicines available today.
I would suggest you consult a vertigo specialist as soon as possible.
regarding your tablets for the heart problem kindly consult your physician or your cardiologist.
