Getting Pain In The Back Of Both Legs Behind The Knee And Calf

One week ago19 female . For the past couple of weeks I ve been getting pain in the back of both legs behind the knee and calf. I am really worried . They do not feel hot and they are not red. How likely that this is dvt . I m scared

DVT is prone in people who are not moving around, genetically prone people, people on OCP. If you dont have any risk factors then it is unlikely that u have DVT. Take painkillers like ketodalac 200 mg and a local appkication of diclo

hi welcome to health care magic.dont jump on diagnosis.as read your history it may be due to iron deficiency,lacking in ca in diet,drink not enough water ,not doing exercise,lacking healthy diet.so take change in life style or if after that pain persist then concern physician for that.

hello
it might be due to exertion or iron defiency in blood.take iron enriched food.and apply cold water on feet.it give you relief.

Hi,thanks for query.Leg cramps is preety common and in most of cases it is due to less physical activity and some nutritional deficiency like vit e.Do not worry take one banana daily,cocount water and milk properly.You can get a supplement from your family doctor.
