Getting Pain In My Backbone.

Hi, I am getting pin in my back bone lower part. please tell me all the details about this back bone pain and how can i avoid this problem as early as possible?

Ms madhu donot worry about back bone pain. now a days this pain is very common it,s not so dangerous problem take regular exercise and avoid lifting very heavy things and resfect your parents and friends.

You should get this examined by a orthopedician. Take x-rays, MRI etc to see what is exactly wrong, and get this rectified.
