Gave birth, finished periods, getting stomach, pelvic pains, body ache, bruised. Cure?

I gave birth 3 months ago and I'm exclusively breastfeeding. I have just finished what I assume is my period. Bled heavily for 10 days with large clots and abdominal cramps. The bleeding has stopped but I'm still getting stomach pains and pelvic pain. I have had a throbbing headache for 3 days now and my whole body aches and feels bruised. My joints are extremely painful and I am struggling to carry my baby

Thanks for writing to us.
After a child birth, the symptoms that you are having are commonly seen due to a vitamin D 3 deficiency or inadequate rest and tiredness. You need to have proper rest and supplements for relief.
