Gained weight in abdominal region post child birth, wants to reduce stomach fat. Diet and exercise recommendations?

I have 7months baby and after delivery i want to reduce her avebelly fat.My delivery is not normal, operate, that s why belly fat increases, but won t reduce. Can you please let me know the home made procedure to reduce the, may be it take some time, may be 6 months, no need to reduce within 2 weeks those are very much humble. Please suggest me to reduce the fat.

daily walking for 1hr will help you to reduce fat but it will take its own the same time monitor what you are eating,no need to cut breakfast,or lunch or dinner but every thing should be moderate and cut out sweets,oily and spicy food from your menu.dont go for sleep immediately after eating.drink adequate amounts of water.breast feeding the baby also will help you to reduce your weight and at the same time beneficial for the baby.
