Frequent Urination, Vaginal Discharge, Sore Throat, Headaches, Dizziness, Body Aches, And Fever. What These Symptoms Suggest ?

Hello. For the past few weeks I have been feeling very tired and at times nauseas. I also have bloating even though it is not close to my mensturation period. Not only do I have frequent urination but it also burns/pains too with an increase in vaginal discharge . In addition I ve been experiencing severe headaches and one blackout to where I was advised to lay down. Recently for about three days now I have sore throat , headaches, dizziness , body aches, and fever that is on and off. I just feel miserable. I have been involved with multiple boys. Three I have kissed. Of those three I gave oral to two. And of those two I had sex with one. All of these actions were performed unprotected. I m not sure if it could be an std, and if so which sort, or just a common virus considering some of my symptoms are flu like. I am concerned though. If you can, please help. I could really use some advice. Thanks in Advance

hi welcome to health care magic.see firstly multiple partner involvement is not good for health and cause of many disease.you may suffer from pelvic inflammatory disease or urinary tract infection.firstly you check for HIV,CBC,URINE RUTIEN, Then i give you further information.

Thanks for raising this query.

Based on the history, i believe you have an infection that was acquired sexually.

While it can be a non specific bacterial infection you must also consider gonorrhoea which is an STD which presents with the features described such as persistent vaginal discharge and throat infection (If the affected person indulged in oral sex).

Nonethless i would recommend that you undergo the following tests.

1.Complete blood count.
2.Urine routine and culture.
3.Throat swab and culture.
4.Test for HIV (1 and 2) and Hepatitis B.

Please do not worry because most sexually transmitted diseases are completely treatable.
Please use precaution in the future.

Hi,
You have got two problems at a time and may be more.
you have got urinary infection and at the same time you got throat infection.
As you have done sex and unprotected it may be also a point to be worried.
You go for urine and blood tests then one course of anti biotic will solve your problem but mind well an unprotected sex with more persons may put you in trouble.
You consult infectitous disease to rule out STD.
