Frequent Urination, Discomfort In Lower Abdomen, Nausea, Dizziness. Taking Antibiotics. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi, a week ago, I went to a clinic because i felt as though i had a uti . Urinating frequently, cramping, uncomfortable lower abdomen, nausea , dizziness . I had taken azo, so they had to send my urine to a lab. I was perscribed an antibiotic, just in caase. A few days later, i was told that there was no growth in the culture. I finished the antibiotics and I am still having the same symptoms. I have had negative pregnancy tests , as well. I am a 23 year old. Any thoughts on what could be going on?
