Frequent, Painful Urination, Small Spots Of Blood. History Of Having Sex. Infection?

Hi, i get this tingling feeling in my vagina and when i get that feeling, I have the urge to urinate and when I urinate it's painful and there's a feeling of burning. And also, on my underwear i would notice some small spots of blood. Sometimes its just one. I had sex last thursday and also on the second week of may. I haven't had my period yet too.

Thanks for the query.
There is possibility of urinary tract infection.
UTI can present with painful and burning micturition and also sometimes blood can be seen in the urine.
If you crossed the expected date of period, once consult the gynecologist and get examined to rule out the possibility of pregnancy and also any possibility of post-coital tear or vaginal infection.
