Frequent Excessive Nose Bleeds After Endoscopy. No Pain. Possible Reason?

I had a test done in June, a g i endoscopy, and since then I have been experiencing nose bleeds, randomly for no reason, and the bleeding is quite a lot, lasting about 30-45 minutes before clotting enough to stop them. I do not have any pain with this and after it stops, it stops, no lasting effects until the next time which has been recently every few days.
