Found My 64 Yr Old Fm Friend Last Wednesday On

Found my 64 yr old fm friend last Wednesday on the floor, sitting up, beside her bed. Once I got to her I saw blood on her clothes. She would not open her eyes and was very very confused, she knew her 2 brothers' names, knew her birthday but not her birth year, didn't make sense in some comments. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance that night. On arrival they gave ativan (IV) to help and calm her. They gave a pt of blood and have given fluids and antiobiotics, she also has a UTI. The question I have is---she hasn't woken up since Wednesday night/ Thursday morning, they have not given anymore sedation meds, no pain meds, her legs and arms are moving almost constantly, she is still making bloody bm's (no food since last Wed) and she grunts time to time. What is causing her to not wake up?? They also said her ammonia and sodium were elevated.
