For The Past Few Months I've Been Dealing With Ear,

For the past few months I've been dealing with ear, headache, and jaw pain. I've been to the doctor several times. I've had a head CT. Blood work. All are normal. I have had high anxiety levels because I am still awaiting a diagnoses. Now my lymph node, directly below my ear lobe is swollen. Doesn't hurt but feel like a fatty deposit and is just uncomfortable. Been on my second round of antibiotic for two days now. Feels like swelling has gone done but the dull pain/ fullness feeling between my jaw and ear is still there. I also have a ringing in the opposite ear that has the swollen lymph node. I'm at a loss. And now trying to diagnose myself which is more terrifying than helpful. I just want to feel normal again! I feel like my body is betraying me. Is it possible that an infection that I had in my gums months ago could be the underlying issue? It was extremely painful. I went to the dentist and al, they said was I had a receding gum line. However the pain in my gum was so extreme I could barely touch it at all much less brush it. It was never treated with antibiotics but I did gargle some peroxide which alleviated the pain. Which is why I never sought further treatment but soon after all these symptoms started and haven't gone away completely since then. Help!!??
