For the last month I've been getting this weird feeling of lightheadedness and dizziness which is usually accompanied by my body lightly shaking. The shaking is subtle and unnoticeable but sometimes I'm scared i will drop my glass water or just faint but I never do. This happens randomly sometimes in class (I'm in University) and sometimes at home. It just happened to me today three hours ago and I'm still feeling it.
