For the last few weeks, I suddenly get very dizzy, nauseous, belchy and gassy. Pain starts in my chest to my back and I feel like I'm going to pass out. After about 1- to 20 minutes, the pain goes lower to the bottom of my ribcage directly in the middle. My head immediately has very sharp, pounding pains. I lie down with cold cloths on my head and back of my neck and lie still for about 30 to 45 minutes. After about an hour or two, most of the symptoms go away...except for today. The pain in my gut goes from irritating to excruciating and the belching becomes severe and constant and then back to every so often. The pain right now is pretty bad, my head feels like it's going to explode, I'm dizzy, and verrry gassy. What in the hell is it?
