For CA Sigmoid Colon What Are The Treatment Options After Chemotherapy And Radiotherapy?

hello sir, my uncle is diagnosed CA SIGMOID COLON before 6months, he has taken 5chemotherapy and 3 radiotherapy. after all chemo n radio his vitals and blood reports were normal. but after the 3rd radiotherapy he was feeling weakness , giddiness. at that time his platelet count were about 12000, wbc 1760. but after that his wbc reached 128 and platelet 7000. now he starts pneumonitis. n today's count is wbc 1000 and platelet 13000. vitals are stable. he is in ICU but as such conscious, oriented. GCS 15/15. Which are all treatment he requires as of now. his willpower is tremendous. currently bodyweight is almost 80kg. can u please suggest me the latest treatment. ---RICHA GANDHI ( PHYSIOTHERAPIST )

Hi

I would advise him to take 4 units of platelet tranfusion for his low platelets.

He also needs to take granulocyte colony stimulating injections to increase his wbc count.
