Follicle Monitoring Done, Ultrasound Taken. What Does Result Mean?

Hi, Im 33 years old and having a follicle monitoring with my ob, ultrasound (tvs) result says Retroverted smooth contour and homogenous echopattern with 9.2mm endometrium, right ovary 32.3x27.9x27.1mm with dominant follicle 13.1mm and 17.5mm, left ovary 23.4x21.5x25.1mm with dominant follicle 14mm and 12.3mm. It says in the diagnosis that average-sized uterus with intramural myoma, proliferative endometrium; nomal ovaries, leading follicle seen at the right ovary. what does that results mean? Thank you..

Hi..
Thanks for the query...
The ultrasound findings suggest that your menstrual cycle is in the proliferative phase with dominant follicles in both ovaries..
The follicles are in mature stage. They may break and release the ovum.
You have to participate in intercourse during this phase in order to become pregnant..
In case if you are taking any treatment, discuss with your gynecologist how to proceed for maximum chances of conception..
