Foe How Long Should Valance OD 500mg Prescribed For Migraine Be Used?
hi i m 26 yers old girl,weight 55 n my heiht is 5.6 im suffering from migraine from last 10 years my doctor recomended me too use valance od 500 then 750 then 1000 so i want o ask can this medicine vanish my migraine after a period of tme or i have to use this life lon?.does it has any major side effects? suddenly i become a foody person person so is that becouz of medicine?

Migraine is a type of primary headache with onset in teenage and adolescence.
Valance is a drug used for migraine prophylaxis and can be taken if headache controlled. It can cause weight gain and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Other drugs like betablocker, flunarizine, topiramate, amitriptyline may also be used.
The migraine is well controlled on drug and life style modifications.
In most patients it goes away with increasing age beyond 40 years of age.
