Fluid Discharge From The Groin Area. No Lumps. What Is Causing This?

I have a fluid oozing in the fold between my crotch and thigh. This is where my panties elastic is located. It is relatively odorless, sometimes the skin is red but no lumps or blood or pain unless you rub it too much to try to figure out what it is. Then it becomes reddish. No other symptoms but slightly wet underwear.

hi
Seems like you have developed Candidiasis ie fungal infection in the groin region....
Firstly, do not apply any kind of oil or moisturising creams over the affected are
Keep it clean and dry as far as possible
Wear cotton clothes and Undergarments ,so as to decrease the amount of sweating
Take daily bath.
you will need to apply topical antifungals (like clotrimazole cream twice daily) over the affected area ...if there is itching, oral antihistamines are also required....Try this for a week, but if the preoblem persists ,then you will need a course of oral antifungals as well

hope it helps
