I used to work out in gym and under a National Bodybuilding Champion who was my coach. As per his suggestions regarding the alternate day workout and the natural food intakes that he recommended like Chana, egg, etc etc., I was able to get a V shaped physique for the upper part of my body, and whenever i workout i could regain the V shape as when i want it. However, lately, due to continuous work patter at office and sitting for almost all the day, for 4-5 hours, at a stretch has caused the area around my belly more flab. I cant lock my shirt buttons at the belly side. I am heavy eater no matter what the menu is. I cant stop this intake or else due to hunger, i become weak and m head starting spinning until i come home and take immediately a Tea or something like a Juice. Still if i willing skip lunch of a meal, i could feel the effect transform into headache, dizziness followed by eye sores and sleep coming instantly as if my body wants me to take something immediately or go to sleep. I cant stop eating and i also want to clear this flab around my belly. Ab exercises are good but i have crossed 30 now and stress of work is what keeps me away from going lean again !!! Suggest something.
