My five year old son had a rather loose, grayish colored bowel movement this morning and briefly complained of nausea. He ate quite a few sweet tarts Yesterday and generally does not eat a lot of food with dyes. From time to time he will complain of hi stomach hurting but it s usually because he is hungry. I think I have seen this before with him maybe once or twice but it s not the norm for him. Should I be concerned.
