Fever With Cold And Cough. Sudden Nose Bleed And Vomiting. Using Nasal Decolgestant. Any Idea?

Hi My daughter is 2 and she has fever staring yesterday I think it s flu as she also has colds and cough. Just this night her nose bleed all of a sudden while she was playing. She also vomits everything she eats when her troat itches and she coughs.What shall I do? I am giving her nasal decolgestant now that contains paracetamol for his colds and fever. We are also planning to take her to the Pedia.

Hi,
It seems that your daughter is having upper respiratory tract infection, viral or bacterial.
You can give nasal decongestant as and when required.
If there is no improvement then she may require one antibiotic course of medicine after consulting pediatrician.
