Fever With A Discharge Coming From Eyes Of A New Born Baby
I have a week old new born baby and she is running a fever and has discharge coming from her eyes what could this be

In this age eye discharge is due to nasolacrimal duct blockage and not for infection.There may be a separate causes of fever and should be treat as per doctor advice. For eye you need eye massage which will shown by your PD.

Baby might have M.P.Conjuctivitis which is common.
As she is having temperature there may be some systemic infection.
Go to neo natologist and take treatment.
put antibiotic eye drops.
