Hi,
Welcome to HCM
In this seson dengue is often seen ,but every fever and rash is not Dengue,
As Dengue is Viral fever spreads by Mosquetos,Rash or Petichae which are seen in Dengue are typical and because of low platelet count.
Even if platelet count is normal one can have Dengue, clinically Fever,Backache,Bodyache some times so severe you know it is also called break bone fever.
Treatment is according to symptoms.
Repeat the blood test IgM &IgG antibodies for Dengue may be done to confirm the Diagnosis
Best of Luck

Hi
You have fever and rashes these are both present in dengue fever.
Platelet counts in dengue decreases with time, test should be done time to time. How frequently it depends on previous platelet report.
Do dengue serology test that can tell this is dengue or not, fever and rashes are not specific for dengue, these can present in many conditions so you dengue test immediately.
