Fever In The Evenings, Head Feels Heavy. Due To Exam Stress?

hello. lately, almost a week now i guess, i keep having slight fever/feel uncomfortable every evening onwards. By uncomfortable i mean my body feels kinda warm especially around the neck area. My head feels slightly heavy as well. No coughing, no flu or whatever.i'm having my final exams anyway. can this be related to exam stress or something else? quite worry.
thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, it seems that you are having your symptoms seems to be due to excessive straining of neck muscles while studying.
This can be due to wrong posture while studying.

Following precautions will be helpful :-
1. You should not bend your neck too much while reading.
2. Have adequate light in your room while reading.
3. Give rest in between to your body when sitting for long durations.
4. Doing yoga and meditation in fresh air in the morning will help to get relief from examination stress.
5. Take care of diet and water intake.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
