Fever, Cold. Taken Enflame, Cipmox, Betnesol. Now Have Loose Motion, Laziness. Suggestion?

i Have got fever from Saturday(29th June) onwards with some symptoms of cold. It may be due to a change of weather as I moved to a place where it was raining consecutive three days. I take medicines from a medical store(Without consulting a doctor):

Below are the medicines are that is given by Medical store:

1-Enflame Relief
2-Cipmox 500
3-Betnesol

Now the fever is okay but I am suffering from loose motions and a lot of laziness which i never experienced in my life before.

Please suggest what to do now.

Hi

Thanks for writing to HCM

The medication you took is as follows:
1.     Enflame Relief is most probably and anti inflammatory.
2.     Cipmox 500 is Amoxycillin 500 which is an antibiotic with side effect of loose motions
3.     Betnesol is betamethasone a steroid.

It seems you have developed drug induced loose motions and your laziness is due to dehydration and loss of electrolytes in stools.

Kindly re-hydrate yourself with ORS and visit your doctor who will evaluate your hydration status and may prescribe you some lactobacillus.
