Felt Hungry And Then Feel Light Headed, Cold, Clamy, Starts To Sweat. Due To Drop In Blood Sugar?

My son has felt hungry and then a few minutes after that he begins to feel light headed, cold and clamy, like he is going to pass out and he starts to sweat. This has happended twice once yesterday and once today at about the same time both days. He eats breakfast both days he had pancakes with butter and sypur on them.

He then goes and gets something to eat and he feels fine. Is this due to a drop in blood sugar?

yes this episode can be due to hypoglycemia
symptoms of hypoglycemia are headache, visual disturbances, staring, sizziness, amnesia, ataxia, seizure, lethargy, and somnolence.
immediately give child some sugar containing products even biscuits also.
make something to eat avilable in pocket all time .
there are many causes of hypoglycemia in children, some endocrine disorder so
get child examined by pediatrician and get blood test and treatment accordingly '
