Felt Bump On Back Of Neck And Pain In Rotator Cuff. Am I Out Of Alignment?

Hello i just have a quick questio. As to weather i should go see a chiropractor, i currently am feeling a bump on the back of my neck and when it doesnt hurt as bac as it did last week but i am having a litttle bit of pain in my roater cuff when i move my arm ...the week prior i had pain in my hip do you think i am out of alignment or somthing else?

Pain in rotator cugf and lump there could be due to rotator cuff strain or due to impingement. Thorough clinical examination is required to reach the diagnosis . So I suggest you to get it evaluated by orthopaedician for proper treatment,
