Hi. Any injury will take time to heal. Hope you had cleaned your wound after the fall. You can use antiseptic gargles and also start an oral antibiotic. Keep it clean after each meal and get it checked by a dentist.

Dentist, Endodontics Dr. Manisha Rao's  Response
Hi, you need to take anti inflammatory and analgesic medicines like Dicloran A to relieve the pain. You must also take antibiotics like Cifran 500 mg to control pus formation. You can apply Mucopain and Hexigel ointments locally 3-4 times a day, Betadine gargles and warm saline gargles will give you good relief from the muscle soreness. Please consult a dentist if the situation persists for a long time. Take care!
