Fell down, pain in back, zeropol p, pentab 40, Myofast gel

I fell down from stairs and hurt my back(area near my hips). pain was there due to the fall but after 2 days i got a pull in the same area.Consulted a doctor and he pescribed zeropol p and pentab 40 for 3 days and a gel-Myofast gel to apply.the pain due to the pull is no more but due to the fall is still there.i am an IT professional and so need to sit infront of my desktop for long hours which in turn increases the pain.kindly advice me.

your problem is one of soft tissue injury due to the fall. Sitting constantly on the injured area is causing more problems. If you can rest for 2-3 days the pain will settle down.You have not mentioned your age
because if you are around 35-40 probability of a fracture is a possibility

The pain wil resolve in 5-7 days. and you should do bed rest in between, should not sit for hours in front of desktop...
