Feels Like Stomach Virus, Took Cipro, Antibiotics. Severe Diarrhea, Cramping. What Is This Disease ?

i felt like i got a stomach virus a month ago. I took cipro and another antibiotic to clear my symptoms but they didnt work. I have had severe diahrea for a solid month. everytime i eat i get severe cramping and then explosive bowel movement right after. All liquid coming out. Ive lost 9 pounds and am so skinny and weak. I know my stomach doesn't digest food anymore. What can I do??

ANALYSING YOUR SYMPTOMS I FEEL YOU HAVE GASTROENTRITIS.
FIRSTLY YOU SHOULD HAVE ANTIBIOTICS CONTAINING A COMBINATION OF ORNIDAZOLE AND OFLOXACIN,PLUS A PROBIOTIC AND ORS .YOU MUST HAVE ORS EVERY 2 HOURLY SO THAT YOU DONT GET DEHYDRATED DUE TO FLUID LOSS FROM THE BODY.
DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS LIKE RICE WATER,COCONUT WATER WHICH WILL HELP YOU TO GET HYDRATED.
IF IT BECOMES TOO SEVERE THAT IS IF THE NUMBER OF EPISODES YOUR HAVING LOOSE MOTIONS INCREASES ,I SUGGEST YU SHOULD GO TO THE HOSPITAL.THEY MIGHT ADMIT YOU AND START YOU ON IV ANTIBIOTICS.
PLEASE SEE THAT YOUR DRINKING WATER IS PROPERLY BOILLED AND FILTERED.
AVOID EATING IN HOTELS TILL YOU COMPLETELY RECOVER FROM THESE SYMPTOMS
