Feeling Very Stiff From Neck,arm & Leg After A Cut On Shoulder
Hello, I fell off my bike yesterday quite badly and was shaken up, but didnt feel much pain other than a cut on my shoulder and a sore hand. Today I woke feeling very stiff from the neck, legs, arms etc. I m also experiencing bad stomach pains to the point where I cannot lift my knees while standing without causing discomfort. Any ideas what I should do? Thank you
