Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be fever due to some infection, may be bacterial or viral.
The other reasons may be the gastric irritation, which causes the lack of appetite, and exertion.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms infusion of fluids, cifixime, ranitidine, domperidone, and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
