Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

If the heart is normal, you should have the lungs investigated..
You should see a Pulmonologist -
CT chest and Spirometry may have to be done
You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities...which could have an influence on the diagnosis and outcome...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
