Feeling Of Something Struck In Throat, Accidentally Swallowed Chewing Gum. What Could Be Done?

Last night I fell asleep with chewing gum in my mouth and I woke up and half was on the bed and I think I swallowed some as I feel like there is a small something down the side of my throat or down near my stomach I can breathe and eat fine but just feels a little annoying and feel a bit sick don't know wether Im just paranoid and there was something there and now gone or there is something stuck what can I do?

Do not worry, the chewing gum will go through the digestive tract with out any complication. based on my experience from children who have swallowed it, non have ever had complications.
