ENT Specialist 's  Response
HI,
I have gone through your question; it suggests that you are suffering from the Rhinosinusitis with pharyngitis.
I personally advised to take -
1. Proper antibiotics
2. Nasal decongestant
3. Systemic decongestant
4. Nasal steroids
Also go for home remedies such as Steam inhalation and avoid cold drinks.
For better treatment and management you consult The ENT specialist.
