Feeling Dizzy And Having Dizziness In Neck & Throat Area
I have been having an itchy neck sometimes has a rash. I get a dry cough that hurts and sometimes it keeps going. My throat is itchy. I have dizziness sometimes. Was wondering if it could be anything more than just my hay fever allergies, I take allergy medicine daily.

Many causes for dizziness but for you it seems allergic pharyngitis with bppv (secondary to URTI).
Drink plenty of water
Don't over use voice
Avoid smoking alcohol
Avoid causative allergen
Avoid cool drinks
Tab. Levocegrizine at night
If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
