Feel Uneasiness. Advised To Take Water And Juices. Cause?

sir i feel some uneasiness while working which may be like a pre condition of feeling dizziness and i feel some type of numbness at that time on the left side of my head for a few seconds .Room temperature is 36 degree and this happened 2 times yesterday. i am taking 3 liter of water but the urine passing is poor consulted a doctor and given advice to take plenty of water and juices and to take electral .

However, if they are not improving, you may check your hemoglobin, cholesterol, and vitamin B12/vitamin D levels.
