Hi welcome to health care magic forum. As you havve described, you are healthy women of 27 years, but the weight is over, cause might be un planned eating habbits, and more consumption of fat in the diet.
Of course these are not the major consideration for the present complaints. these are also one of the causes.
Your problem could be due to gastritis, or amoebiosis. Gastritis could be due to qualitative, and quantitative irregularity of the diet. amoebiosis is an infection of the gut with entamoema hystolitica, which cause alternative dysentry and constipation.
It is not a big problem but it is necessory to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations as avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, and oilyfoods to avoid indigestion and gastric irritation.
Feeling of breath less ness also could be due to hyperacidity of the stomach.

Diabetologist Dr. Chitra Reddy's  Response
Hi ,
Thanks for choosing health care magic,
The best way to judge your weight is by measuring the B.M.I i.e basal metabolic index which is calculated based on the weight and height .you can get B.M.I calculators anywhere on the internet so please check ,if your bmi is less than 25 then fine .otherwise though you seem to be fit externally ,many health problems occurs internally which show up with the increase in age.
Few persons do put on weight only in some areas unlike others who look obese from top to bottom. Deposition of fat in the stomach resulting in a pear shaped or pot shaped stomach is called central obesity, common in diseases like diabetes
So please check your B.M.I and take precautionary steps to lose weight through diet as well as physical activity also.
Hope I answered your query ,
Feel free to contact me for further queries.
Thank you.
