Hello
Your symptoms could mean a torsion of the testis or less commonly an infection in the testicle and its surrounding structures. Consult a Surgeon as soon as possible as it is necessary to rule out torsion of the testis and to examine and see what exactly is causing the symptoms. (torsion of the testis is a surgical emergency, so kindly see a surgeon immediately to rule it out)
Take care
