Feel From A Step Stool Last Thursday. 180 Degree Turn,

Feel from a step stool last Thursday. 180 degree turn, holding a blind from the window. Fortunately landed in a basket of wash. My whole body was twisted, top to bottom, arms banged up. Very sore on Friday. Could hardly walk on Saturday. Very swollen left knee with severe pain. Was X-rays on Monday. No broken bones. Doctor explained the knee needed to be drained...fluid would be yellow or red. Fortunately, it was yellow. 11cc's of fluid. Shot my up with cortisone as well. (Recently has spinal surgery in Feb., Laminectomy and double fusions of the L4-L5-S1) very sore there but knew if was ok. Unfortunately the pain was more severe today since the drain and shot two days ago. Have rested, elevated and iced my knee, front, back and calf as well. I am not clear on how long it will take for the torn cartilage to heal. I have a follow-up appointment in two weeks.
