Fatigue, Foggy Mind, Body Ache, Weightgain. History Of Being On Levothyroxine. Side Effects?

I've been on 75mcg levothyroxine for the past 6 weeks and my symptoms feel so much worse. I am so tired, my mind is foggy, my body hurts, I've gained 10 pounds. I told my endo and all she tells me is "No No the synthroid is to make you better". I think I am on too low of a dose. My levels when I went to the endocrinologist 2 weeks ago were 12.5 and she won't do anything with the dosage for another 6 weeks when I get bloodwork.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello
the doctor told you correctly regarding levothyroxine, as the effect of levothyroxine starts very late after the treatment has started.
it will take around six weeks to normalise the TSH values, if the right dose has been given.
I will advise you to wait for six weeks and then check the TSH levels and consult your doctor.
I hope you understood, take care and get well soon.
