Fatigue After Meals, Bloating And Stomach Cramps. Dry Itchy Skin. Any Suggestions?

Main Problem: Colossal fatigue , worse after meals, when my stomach quickly becomes bloated and have stomach cramps until i hav either had flatulence or feces. Have a hard time keeping weight down, is pleased especiallywhen eating bread and fruit and eat a lot of it. have dry skin that can turn out a little itchy and dry patches. i have an itchy anal and suffer from bad breath can you help

Hello,
Bad breath is usually caused due to-gum infections associated with poor oral hygiene,systemic diseases like diabetes,GERD.
I would advice you to get your teeth cleaned by a dentist.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Rinse your mouth after every meals.
Regarding other concerns,please do visit a physician.
