Fall Post Delivery, Left Knee Injury, Cannot Climb Without Putting Right Leg First, Feeling Of Movable Lump. Any Thoughts?

Hi, I fell 2 days after having my daughter (which is now pushing 6 weeks ago) and I have a chronically injured knee . My left knee has been dislocated 2-3 times and this is the knee that is now injured. It feels kind of gritty and I can t go up stairs unless I put my right leg up first. I also have a hard, sort of bony feeling moveable lump in the left knee. Any thoughts?
