Facing With Semi Solid Stools, Stomach Pain. This Happens Only When I Go To Gym. What Can It Be?

Hello Doctor,
My problem is that I am facing with semi solid stools, and most of the time my stool is very less solid. I also face some bowel movement in my stomach and a bit of pain but very rarely. All this stuff only happens when i start going to gym and start taking a high protein diet. I normally have 4-5 eggs in a day and some protein shake with 3 meals per day. I have increased my diet and dont know why i face with semi-solid(more of fluid) stools. In days when i dont goto gym for a consistent month or even 3-4 days i dont face semi solid stools and my stool is totally ok with my digestive totally fine. Why do i face with stool problem only when i goto gym? can you please advise? Is this is because of my diet increase? How do i increase my diet plan as i have to gain some weight? can you please advise?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you mentioned in your query that semi solid is only when you go in gym.
When in gym , you take extra diet and that is the the root cause of your problems.
Protein in large amount develops mild degree indigestion and that semi solid stool is due to this.
If you want to increase you weight eat more and more and work less comparatively .
More food , more calories, more accumulation of fat in body, hence increase in weight.
