Facial weakness in a child, headaches, nose bleeds, leg cramps. What does this mean?

My 7 year old daughter has been dx with Left facial weakness from a neurologist , she has had headaches occuring more than 7 times a month and they are accompained with nose bleeds Only from the left nostril the headaches are only on the left side Temporal region , She s has has leg cramping throughout the night . we are waiting on an MRI w\wo contrast but can you help me with some of these effects ?

Its good that you have gone ahead with the MRI. Your set of symptoms do not fit into one single diagnosis as of now but your MRI will be very informative in this context. Neurologist is the person who is going to advice you further after you are done with your tests.
