Facial melasma, burn marks due to waxing, brown patches on face. Home remedies?

Hello Doctor, I am an XXXXXX girl, 49 years old. i have melasma on my face and also burnt marks because of waxing. could you please suggest some natural remedies to get rid of my marks. there are brown patches all over my face. I have also become extremely sensitive to the sun and my face starts burning when i am in the sun , even after applying sun block. please advise me what to do. Thank you.

u didnt mention seems u have used a lot of products on ur face which has made ur skin to be sensitive..see the treatment for melasma is difficult....the most important thing u need to do is the ultra violet ray protection whether u r indoors or outdoors...u need to reapply a good sunblock after every 3 hours...dont use any soap on the face...use cetaphil cleansing lotion twice daily and cetaphil moisturising lotion which r very mild...
at home have plenty of citrus fruits and water...once the sensitivity of ur skin gets reduced u can use honey with a few drops of lemon once a week...u can also use smashed papaya...
